What kinds of topics do you coach on?
What if I am interested in coaching but I’m not sure if you’re the right coach for me?
Schedule a complimentary introductory session. The coaching relationship includes a chemistry factor. We can meet for coffee or plan a fifteen minute phone session to see if we are a good fit.
We will work together to define your goals and the duration of your agreement. Some clients are working to achieve a near-term goal while others are committed to a longer-term development journey. In-person and virtual options available (practice is located in West Houston).
When and how do we meet?
Absolutely. The therapeutic and coaching journey can go hand in hand, and can, in fact, enhance and expedite one another.
I am seeing a therapist; can I work with you too?
I belong to a church / synagogue / other religious group; can I work with you too?
Absolutely. There are many reasons parishioners or congregants seek spiritual coaching and development. Sometimes clients struggle with the theology or practices of their faith community and don’t feel comfortable addressing their struggles in that context. Others have a nuanced relationship with their religious organization, and would prefer to walk their personal spiritual journey separate from their roles and responsibilities in their faith community. Many find that the leader(s)of their religious organization is/are busy running the life of the organization and simply don’t have time for the intimate, personalized work of individual faith journeys. Our work together is a safe place to explore, refine, or augment what you experience in your corporate faith practice.
Which faith traditions do you work with?
All of our work will be centered around the client, and your particular values, goals, beliefs, and traditions. I work with people from all spiritual backgrounds, or no spiritual background at all.
